Who do I contact when I need to schedule a pickup?
Send your pickup requests in writing via email ( or fax to your RAC Corporate Leasing Coordinator.
What happens if a resident/policyholder contacts your store to request additional product, a pickup or a service call?
The store has been instructed to contact your RAC Corporate Leasing Coordinator so they can obtain your approval.
What happens if my resident/policyholder refuses part of the product at the time of delivery?
The RAC store will contact your RAC Corporate Leasing Coordinator so they can notify you and update your lease with an adjusted rental rate.
Does RAC Corporate Leasing rent product on a short-term basis for trade shows, meetings, etc.?
Yes, we offer event rentals from 1-30 days.
If I am not a current RAC Corporate Leasing client and need a delivery today, is it possible?
It typically takes 3-5 business days to complete the application approval process and then another 3-5 business days to complete the delivery.
What are RAC Corporate Leasing’s hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. CST.
What happens if my delivery hasn’t arrived at the scheduled time and it’s after RAC Corporate Leasing’s business hours?
Contact our after-hours emergency line at 877-745-6490 and speak to the on-call representative. Our after-hours line is staffed Monday – Friday, 5:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. CST and Saturday, 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. CST.
